During your stay You’ll have the chance to taste Moravian wines from ŠTERBERG Winery, whose selection is always available here at the pension.

ŠTERBERG Winery

ŠTERBERG was founded by three friends whose life journeys brought them together to follow a shared dream. They create their wines with joy, love, and care – combining both traditional and modern methods.

The winery is located in the small village of Dambořice, at the foot of the Ždánický Forest in the Slovácko wine subregion. Although this is one of the more northern areas, the vineyards lie on the southern slopes, protected from cold winds by the surrounding wooded hills.

At present, there are very few opportunities to taste wines from Dambořice outside the local cellars.

At Pension U Sebastiana, we support local producers wherever possible – and this is no different when it comes to wine. For us, it’s always local first. And who better to support than a young, fresh and passionate winery that we have come to know and truly love ourselves.
