Eight bedrooms, four kitchens and one large common room — the whole house belongs to your group alone. Every family or couple has an apartment of their own, with the privacy that comes with it, and still everyone is under one roof. You meet over coffee in the morning, the children spend the day running about the garden and the riding arena, and the evening belongs to the fireplace and the billiard table. No strangers, nobody to complain about the noise — just you and the people you came with.

The house is four self-contained apartments — each with its own kitchen, bathroom and entrance. Together 8 bedrooms, sleeping 27.

And because we are part of a family farm, there is no shortage of horses. The round riding arena is in the garden itself; the paddocks are a few minutes' walk from the house — children can go and feed the horses, and we will happily arrange a ride out into the Šumava countryside. A little further on, our lavender meadow is in flower: you are free to walk through it and to taste our home-made lavender syrup.

Every person above 16 is a further 200 CZK per night. Minimum stay 2 nights, 3 nights in July and August. Children up to and including 1 year of age stay free without a bed of their own; from 2 years they count towards the number of guests. New rates apply to dates from 1 January 2027: 1–16 people 12 700 CZK, 14 900 CZK at full occupancy.
