Booking and payment
- Nothing is payable when you book.
- 30 days before you arrive you pay 100 % of the booking.
- Once the booking is made we send you an accommodation voucher as confirmation.
Length of stay
The minimum stay is 2 nights, and in July and August 3 nights. Over Christmas and New Year the minimum is 5 nights.
Cancellation
If a stay is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100 %.
Tourist tax
A local tourist tax of 25 CZK per person per night is added to the price of the accommodation. It applies to adults aged 18 and over only.
Children up to and including 1 year of age stay free if they do not need a bed of their own. Children aged 2 and over count towards the number of guests.
Payment through benefit schemes
Part or all of a stay can be paid through FKSP, the Czech employee cultural and social fund — we are happy to invoice the organisation concerned.
We have agreements with Sodexo Pass and Edenred CZ; with both, payment can be made by bank transfer against an invoice. Stays can also be paid for through Benefit Plus.
These schemes are Czech employee benefit programmes, so they will mostly be of interest to guests working in the Czech Republic. If you would like to use one of them, get in touch and we will explain how.
