A lookout tower with a view, plus a slide and a sandpit — and a comfortable cable car up.
About the place
The tower on Špičák is the outing where everyone gets something at once: the adults the views, the children the slide and the sandpit below it. Up by cable car and down on foot is the combination that has worked best for us with children.
- Going up
- We recommend the cable car — it takes a pushchair, a bicycle or a balance bike. On foot it is hard work with small children: Špičák is 1 202 m.
- Coming down
- On foot. Children enjoy it and the path is pleasant.
- For children at the top
- A slide and a sandpit right by the tower.
- A turning worth taking
- On the way down you pass the turning to Čertovo jezero — 1.5 km, and manageable with a pushchair.
