Small children, older children and adults can all ride. Many of the people who ride with us are on a horse for the first time in their lives — so there is nothing to be nervous about.
- Where
- The round riding arena is in our large garden. Rides out go through the surrounding countryside.
- Who for
- From about 3 years old. The smallest children are usually led round the arena; genuinely experienced riders can go out on their own horse, accompanied by a second person on the other horse.
- How many horses
- We keep two horses for riding, so two people can go out together.
- The horses
- We ride the big horses only — they are calm and used to being ridden. The small ponies you will see in the paddocks near the house, and if you ask us first you are welcome to bring them an apple or a carrot.
- Booking
- A few days before you arrive you will get an information e-mail, which covers riding among other things. Write to us at info@usebastiana.cz or give us a call and we will arrange a ride for you.
- Who we ride with
- Our resident guests only. Thank you for understanding.
- Liability
- All riding is undertaken at the participants' own risk.
What you can book:
Led ride – in the arena (15 min) – 250 CZK (each further 15 min is another 250 CZK) – ideal for small children from about 3 years old
Led ride – out and about (30 min) – 500 CZK – OUR TIP the most popular of the three – ideal for children (from about 4–5 years) and adults alike
Ride out (60 min) – 700 CZK – experienced riders only
