During your stay you can taste Moravian wines from the ŠTERBERG winery, whose standing range we always keep in the house.

The ŠTERBERG winery

The winery was started by three friends whom life had brought to the same decision. They make their wine with pleasure and with care, in traditional ways and in less traditional ones. You will find them in the small village of Dambořice, at the foot of the Ždánický les hills, in the Slovácko wine sub-region. It is a northerly area, but happily on the southern side of wooded hills that shelter the vineyard slopes from the cold winds. At present there are few chances to taste the wines of Dambořice outside the local cellars.

We support local producers wherever we can, and wine is no exception. If wine, then Czech wine — and who better to support than a new, young, fresh winery we have taken to, and whose wines we have come to like a great deal ourselves :)
