🏊♂️ Summer Swimming Pool Nýrsko (5 min.)
Just 3 km from the pension you’ll find a saltwater swimming pool, ideal for families with children.
The complex includes two pools: a 50 m swimming pool with a diving board an 8 m slide and a water spout, a children’s pool with a water mushroom (note: it is not a classic paddling pool – for non-swimmers we recommend armbands or a swim ring).
You will also find swings, changing rooms, restrooms and a small snack bar. A large grassy area surrounds the complex, perfect for laying out a blanket and relaxing.

🏊♀️ Summer Swimming Pool Klatovy (20 min.)
The Klatovy swimming pool offers everything families appreciate: a large swimming pool, a pool with a slide, a paddling pool for the smallest children, beach volleyball court, water football, table tennis, badminton, pétanque.
The area is spacious, easy to navigate, with a beautiful lawn and a restaurant with a terrace.
🌊 Centrum vodní zábavy Kdyně (25 min.)
A smaller, pleasant saltwater aquapark perfect for families.
You’ll find: a 25 m swimming pool with three lanes, a separate section with water attractions, a 60 m waterslide (children from 6 years), a paddling pool with a slide and two shallow pools (30 cm), whirlpool, waterfall, massage jets, Finnish sauna, a cosy children’s corner in the lobby, bar.
Note: Entry is permitted only for children from 1 year of age.
🐟 Aquapark Osserbad Lam – Bavaria (25 min.)
An ideal place for swimming in any weather – in summer or winter.
The aquapark offers: 3 indoor and 4 outdoor pools, a paddling pool for the smallest children, slides and waterslides (62 m / 28 m), sauna and steam bath (included in entrance fee), solarium, bistro with Bavarian dishes.
Children of any age, including babies, may enter. In summer, the outdoor playground and swings are also available.
💧 Starý Klíčov Quarry “Lomeček” (35 min.)
One of the most unique swimming experiences in the area – a former stone quarry with small beaches and a fascinating underwater observatory.
In the centre of the quarry, at a depth of 8 metres, lies the largest underwater viewing chamber in the Czech Republic. Through thick windows, you can observe aquatic life.
The entrance fee includes: a guided visit to the underwater chamber, access to the open-air art gallery (sculptures, installations, paintings), use of the site as a natural swimming area.
In summer, various cultural events take place here. Refreshments are available on site.
🧖 Aquapark AQUACUR – Bad Kötzting (40 min.)
Aquacur is a modern complex divided into three sections:
1) Pool Area – for children and adults
- indoor and outdoor pools,
- waterslide,
- a lovely children’s paddling pool with water features.
2) Thermarium – relaxation and warmth
- warm pools,
- whirlpools,
- steam bath,
- Kneipp path.
3) Sauna World
A separate adults-only zone for true relaxation.
